Simple 3-way conference

Is there any way to do a 3-way conference in fusionpbx or at least to simulate that functionality?
I need a simple method similar to 3-way calling from a POTS line. Thanks.

e.g. call to person A,
some * code to put him on hold
call to person B
some * code to connect the 3 callers

It's way easier if your SIP endpoint does this already, most do at least support a 3 way.

Alternatively, the att_xfer feature of FreeSWITCH does allow you to make a 3 way upon pressing a designated key.

I suspect all that needs adding is the feature code to convert to a 3 way as per my link in the att_xfer dialplan.

I might try it later, as I potentially might have to support some old PSTN handsets at some point in the near future.

My VoIP phones offer 3-way calling but the ATAs are a bit more problematic since each vendor uses a different star code to start a 3-way call.
It would be better to offer a uniform *code from fusionpbx. Let me know what you find if you try it. Thanks.
