Setting up DISA

New to FusionPBX, have been searching the forum/ googling but can't find any guide on setting up DISA.
Is there any how-to available?

Trying to setup disa. But after I put in the destination phone number the call disconnects. Anyone have instructions on DISA?

seems to look ok.
what about the outbound route? any restrictions? is it setup?
