Screen pop up application

A program that will open a browser with a url + caller I’d number

Yealink phones have action URLs that can be called on various different events.

If I use a soft phone this will double registration on my server

I have written a VB6 app(I know old school) that does this. We sell this in our Caller ID program It also enabled click to dial from chrome. We tie it to customers CRM's to look up customer info base on the caller id.

Grandstream also has something I believe. It would be great if there was a way to easily do this at the pbx level. Something to post to a webservice or similar?

I assume you use esl to do this if so what kind of event filters and you using?
I am also curious if you connect directly via esl or if you proxy the messages via web services, web socket or other rpc like grpc?

I get the info from the action URL from the phone.
