So I just set up a ring group with 3 extensions in it. When testing, I found that if an extension is in use, it does not get the call that is coming in but the other two extensions work just fine.
The setup is using a Gigaset C610A IP with three handsets. Each handset is tied to an extension. When all three use a single provider, the handset is use does have call waiting working.
Is this a limitation of ring groups where if an extension is in use, the call is not sent to that destination? I have not tried yet to send a call to a single extension then send a second one to see if that is working.
