Ring group keeps ringing after answer

Hello All,

I have an issue with the ring group that keeps ringing after the answer.
also when answering its take about 5 seconds to connect the call

I have about 12 extensions in the ring group

I use fusionpbx 4.5.14

any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you the same phone registering multiple times?

Yes, after changing to Enterprise this issue was resolved.

Sounds good, i had this issue a while back, had to force clients to use UDP and that resolved it for me.
