Ring Group extension does not ring

Hello everyone,

I have a question,

I am sending a DID to a ring group(programed the destination to ring group) ,Ring group has a music as ring back tone.
Caller hears the music but
it does not ring on the extension specified, any thoughts ?

Thoughts...

The ring group may be incorrectly configured.
The ring group extension may have delay set.
The extension may be incorrectly configured.
The extension may not be registered.
The extension may have do not disturb enabled.
The extension may have a call forward set.
The extension may have the ringer set to silent.
The extension may have a faulty ringer.
The INVITE may not be getting to the extension.
You may have NAT or network issue.
You may have a codec issue (488 no codec intersection for example).

Without detailed information we can only guess.

Thanks Adrian for all the possible scenarios , but in this case none of them is applicable as
If I change the destination action directly to that extension , it works fine. But if I change destination action
to the ring group, it does not ring.
