Ring group calls in fail

Hi bit at a loss here. Had the PBX setup and running for a while with no problems, but now when some call in all the phones ring in the group as they should. But now when someone calls in, if one of the extensions is on a call, they just get a busy tone, or the call drops. I'm new to this and really don't know where to look for the problem. The ring group contains 7 phones and If I call in they all ring. If I then call in on another phone it still rings, as stated if one of the phones answers then the next call is either busy or fails. I do see DESTINATION_OUT_OF_ORDER but this does not make sense to me. Ive included some of the log when I make the second call.

Just an update for anyone who is interested.

I removed the ring group and re added it and then reloaded the XML and ACL. This seems to have worked. The only other thing I did was to remove one of the phones from the Ring group which did not need to be in it.
