Ring Group - Caller ID Name Prefix (Solved)

Maybe I'm missing something but we are trying to test Caller ID Name Prefixes based on ring group. In the documentation it says there are fields for "Caller ID Name Prefix" and "Caller ID Number Prefix" but I do not see these. Were they removed or do I need to enable them? I do have "Caller ID Name" and "Caller ID Number" but those are for outbound external calls.

You need to enable the permission under Advanced-> Group Manager->Select permissions for the group->look under ring Group

I've been attempting to do this as well. I see nothing related to Caller ID Name or Number Prefixes in Advanced->Group Manager.

Once enabled, log out of Fusion and log back in.....

Thank you. This worked perfectly. I assumed the default admin would have permissions for everything. That is what I get for assuming!
