Registration port showing differently

Hi all, I have configured IP phones and softphones (in fusionpbx) with UDP port 5060 and when we checked in server registrations it showed different port numbers. Can we able to show the same port in registration? also, will it create any problems?

That’s the source port, perfectly normal

Sorry, I didn't get you. What exactly mean by source port? Also, port showing in the registration is UDP port or something different?
