Recorded Greeting & Remove Dynamic Greeting

Is it possible to record a personal greeting in the voicemail and remove the dynamic "Please leave your message at the tone" before the record beep?
I have tried adding "skip_greeting=true" and "skip_instructions=true" in the *99 Dialplan, but the dynamic pre-recorded message always appends after the user-defined greeting.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you are bridging to voicemail, you may need to use "export" rather than "set".

I tried that. Not working unfortunately.
