SOLVED Puma6 chipset issue possibly

Having a strange issue where enterprise ring group of T48s phones not ringing consistently or delayed. Delayed on answer 4 to 6 seconds intermittently when answering the inbound call. My ring group will continue to ring when call is ended. Call Parking LED takes 4 to 6 seconds then appears on all phones. Arris modem TG1682G in bridge mode/ SIP ALG disabled , with all that said I can take the same router and switch and phones home and use my cable modem and have no issues.

Brand new install, even did a second install moved all 4 phones for testing but same issue.

Going to have Spectrum come back out and convince them to replace the modem for another model.

Had Spectrum put in DG1670 modem and the issue is fixed!
