Provisioning Grandstream GXP2160

Hello All

Trying to provision Grandstream gxp2160 physical multi-purpose keys using fusion PBX profile/templets, cant figure out how to do this I can program Virtual keys
Do anybody have any idea how to do that

Thank you for the replay.

What is the sequence of the "key" are they starting from 1 or 7 I'm going to set up about 5 blf and 20-speed dials

It would start at 1 for MPK1
Lines=VPK
Memory=MPK
Expansion=EXP...(side car/button module/etc)

According to your screen shot, you are using Account 2 and the BLF assignments are for Account 1.

Grandstream is odd compared to other phone brands.
The "line" column is 0=account 1, 1=account 2, etc.

after changing the line to 0 everything starts to work.

I am facing same issue with the Grandstream 1760 phone.My Vpk Keys are not configuring from auto provisioning .Plz see the attached image.

A quick look at the gxp17xx template shows there is nothing set for programming buttons. It looks like the template has just enough information to get the phone registered and set provisioning/upgrade servers.
You might have luck using a comparable model template such as the 2135 but it may introduce other unexpected behavior.

Also, Key 1 is usually reserved for the active account.

That's a pretty broad question. I can tell you lots of things about them but you need to be more specific.

I need the Guide to configure the VPK from fusion for 2170 phones.can u help with that? .So i just succeeded to add one speed dial button .another thing is when i made any chnage in the Provision template in fusion from gui .So after save that do i need to click on provision?

I am setting up like this ? only the speed dial key is configured.Other keys are not working

Try using "Monitored Call Park" for the park key. Some firmware versions don't work as expected with "Call Park"
I haven't used the "transfer" feature since "BLF" has same effect but also includes presense.
