Provision BLF Key on Polycom

How can I provision BLF key to Polycom 5.x. I cant see a BLF option under Polycom to assign.

Is it the correct way what I am doing for BLF ?

That is the correct way, but be aware Polcom's don't pay attention to button number except lower button numbers will appear above higher numbers.
BLF keys will show up on the next available button

I have configured the same. but it not appeared on the phone for some reason. I can see them in Web gui under BLF lines and appeared on preview also.
What i supposed to enter on icon box

Is there anything to do to appear on the phone ?

Try setting the "line" number to 0 (zero) instead of 1.

The "icon" field is for a different brand of phone

I have change to 0 and the result is same.



The Web GUI preview shows as below



But in the phone it still not appeared.
