SOLVED Problems with outbound number masking

one of my tenants has a 021 number that was ported the trunk is a 087 nr now calling the 021 nummber works fine but i cant seem to get the 021 nr to display if you call out it only shows the 087 nr i have set the external Outbound Caller ID Number to the 021 nr in the extentions any place else that i have to look for this

Check with sngrep, the invite going to the carrier, its always possible its a carrier issue.

105.xxx.xxx.xx8 public ip for fusion
105.xxx.xxx.xx7 my public ip

The 021 nr is wat is suppose to display but it displays the 087 nr

In advanced/gateway settings try setting caller id in from to true.

thx for your time the number seems to be masking correctly now should have followed the first rule of IT if everything is correct restart till it works
