Polycom IP 650 BLF

Hi-

I need to configure BLF on a Polycom expansion module for an IP 650. I want to do it in the device section in Fusion. Can anybody give me a pointer?

Have you tried just adding additional keys? you have 6 keys on the IP 650... a number of those are going to be taken up by the extension. So have you tried adding a 7th or 8th key to see if that works? It will on the VVX line, not sure on the Soundpoint IP line.

I was able to get help in the IRC chatroom. For reference, on the IP 650, you can't set the BLF to a specific key; they go in order. So, I set lines 1 through 6 to be the extension lines themselve and then the BLF lines started on the next available, which was the expansion module.

you can try entering invalid speed dials and label them with a . just to use as a filler
