I have a new customer that has Polycom 550 phones; I have used these before. The phones come up just fine with the standard template, however, there is no local digit map for the phones. I know how to create standard digit maps, but where does this go? In the sip.cfg file? phone1.cfg file? Those files don't exist in the template directory; can I just create one or the other with just the digit map in it and nothing else or will that break other things?
