So I am wondering if there is a way to record the calls but set a permission where only the admin can see it?
For this instance, if the client pays for call recordings on their account, then they will have the permissions set so that they can see the call recordings on the CDRs.
If they do not however, I still want the calls recorded however will not give them access.
I have looked in permissions for this specific tenant and cannot locate any where for this.
