Hi, I added a new number to PBX and swapped out an old destination number that worked fine, and I don't get anything when I call in. I opened a ticket with carrier and they said the PBX is rejecting with a 480 and they sent me this, but not sure what it means. I've added hundreds of numbers to PBX without issue until this

So you have a destination configured for 18555285538? That is what they are sending it as?

If you have the destination set up, post a log from fs_cli.

Yes of course. I mentioned that I swapped the destination number with the new one. I do it the same way I've done on 3 servers for 10+ years, I've done it close to a thousand times perhaps. It's just this number. Then I bought 8667285538 as an alternative (they're vanity numbers) to use if need be, and it works fine. Swapped back to 8555285538 one last test and still no go. Then I decided to forward the number at the carrier level, so if forwarding didn't even work, then it was an issue with the carrier, but it forwarded to my cell fine. The PBX for some reason just doesn't like this number.

How do I get the log from there? I've always done mostly just frontend, very minimal linux.

Thx
