PBX Not working when using the domain name, but works when I use the IP of the server

Hi Guys I need help.

My FusionPBX Server installed successfully, I also Installed SSL.

When I Configure my Fanvil X4 VoiP phone using the IP address as the pbx hostname it works however when I switch from IP Address to domain name e.g : sip.netstreet.co.za it fails, can someone please advise where I am going wrong.

I pointed the domain name to the FusionPBX server.
 
Does the domain name resolve correctly when you attempt to ping it? One way or another, this sounds like a DNS issue if you can register successfully via IP address.
