Paging issues

Hello fellow PBXers. I'm having an issue with paging. The paging dial extension is *724, but whenever I do that, it automatically picks up the first 2 dialed numbers and set's the extension to call forward to 4. Not sure why it's doing this. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm going to be deploying to a dealership and paging with overhead is a must.

make sure to enable the dialplan *724 if not it will use *72 and set 4 as the forward number

Yeah, I did find that this was the issue earlier. Such a dumb thing to over look. I figured it out when i was going to change stuff around on the dialplan and looked in the upper right hand side and almost slapped my head.
