Outgoing calls show in CDR as local calls?

all our outgoing calls show in the CDR as local calls as shown in the attached photo,

why would that happen?

i see that the "caller number" is the local EXT should it not be the outgoing caller ID number?

i see that call_direction=outbound "Inline" was set to true, changed it and now its good,
