I'm running a "Outbound socket" perl script in background and its port is 1234 (LocalPort => '1234'). Its number is 5004. Basically it plays a sound file. When I dial 5004 using a softphone it plays that sound. But when I dial a number that is not in the system, (for example, 123) that also plays the sound. How to get rid of that?
