Outbound Routes on New Build

Hi All

So did a full rebuild of my PBX on to a new box running Debian 11, rather than keep upgrading. I have not build a new on in a while and notices on my new build something I am a little unsure of regarding Outbound routes.

When I now create an outbound route I get my main route in position 100 as usual but also get another one created in position 22 with my dial plan (screenshot attached) Can anyone advise is this should be happening and if so It's purpose.

I believe its purpose is just to improve the accuracy of the cdr reporting. That for example marks the call as outbound.
