SOLVED outbound route to with ip authentification + form & to

I have sip trunk without login+password

Connection requiments:
From XXXXXXX@IP_MYPBX
To XXXXXXX@IP_External_SBC
Inbound calls works fine, but outbound does't works
Could you please check attached configs and help

It was resolved by restarting of freeswitch service
