SOLVED Out bound Caller ID Multi Tenant

We have a new FusionPBX and we are unable to get the caller ID to pass through.
- I have set it in the outbound routes effective_caller_id_number
- I set it in the extension as well
Is there something special about a Multi Tenant system?

It is probably not being accepted by your carrier. Ask them what they see.

you need to set under gateway, advanced , caller id in from = true, then it will pass cid to gateway..
