Operator Extension

I'm new to the forum and FusionPBX and still trying to understand what's in the dB and what's in XML as all I'm used to is plain Freeswitch and one with a Rails front-end that's configured as mostly outgoing.

My setup is single domain and I'm trying to get a time-of-day/day-of-week IVR going and my first obstacle is being stuck trying to set a destination for zero = "operator" that will go directly do a voice mailbox.

I've been unable to find the answer in the official docs

My version is 4.2.x as I don't remember where I found it.

While I'm asking for help the location for /bin where I might find fs_cli would also be appreciated.

I was looking at how to do this as well. I don't understand what to change in the Operator dialplan. I want to have the users able to dial 0 and have it ring on extension 5000

This is what worked for me. Change EXTENSION AND YOURDOMAIN with your data
