SOLVED odd bug adding incoming call route, actions missing

went to add an incoming call route and saw the below, all extensions, vm box's, IVRs etc are missing

anyone seen this before. does not happen on my other test fusion install very odd. happens on a new domain and existing

I think there is something bigger going on, also seeing the below if I try and edit group permissions, very strange



EDIT: fixed this by updating schema and app defaults, but cant seam to get the extensions to show up in a new call route. saw a post from @markjcrane regarding changing the max_input_vars in php.ini to more than 1000, did this but no change for the new call route issue

got this sorted by running all the update steps in order, did not really want to update this install right now it fixed this issue
