NOOB to FusionPBX from Indianapolis

Greetings from Indy on a cold, wet night.
Trying my best to get a phone system up and running just for the "fun" of it. It has been kind of like trying to drink water from a firehose, but I'm getting better at this. Just wanted to say thanks for all the help this forum has been so far.
I usually don't ask a lot of questions, but tend to do a deep dive with the search box since I seriously doubt that I'm the first person to ever have a certain type of problem.

Welcome! I am learning FusionPBX and Freeswitch as well. Once you get the basics setup then the application parts have been working great for me. Following the docs were also very helpful for me but I still needed to reach out for assistance for some parts. Thankfully the community got me in the right direction!
