No Voicemail options

Hi

For some strange reason all of a sudden I dont have any options using voicemail. just you have XX new messages and XX saved messages. No options to delete or even anyother options. If i Actually press the numbers on the phone I can access the relevent parts of the menu but thats it. This is happenig for all the tennants on the PBX not just an indvidual.

Im still having this siuee if anyone coul dhelp point me in the correct directions.

So when anyone on the system calls *97 or access voicemail the are greeted with the normal message saying " you XX new messages and XX Saved messages." the menu then stops it doesn not give the options to
to listen to new message

to listen to saved message
or
For Advanced options

Ive backed up and restored this pbx to a new host to test and its an exact copy as you woul dimagine. It works fine on that one if I register a handset on it just not on the orginal.

So how does the voicmail work when you call it. I take it runs a script that call the sound file from /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/GB/callie/**** I wonder if the sript is broken and its not grabing the correct sound files to play.

Or could it be diaplan settings?

I had the same issue when i tryed to change the language of the Server.
If you change the language of the Server it seems like it searches in other directorys.
Have you checked the files?

Strangley nothing has changed really. All the files are still present in the Callie folder.

is the whole path ok ? the path you postet ist /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/GB/ default is /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/us/

maybe thats the problem ?

the directory /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/us/ is also there the /GB one is just a copy of that one.

Still cant work this one out still having that same issue Directory for the sounds is /usr/share/freeswitch/sounds/en/us/ and the deafult language for the PBX us set to
