No ring-back tone on internal calls

Hello everyone, hope you can help. On all internal calls there is no ring back tone, just silence until the other end picks up he call.
On external calls everything works perfectly.
Any ideas?

go to advanced -modules - codecs - move the AMR to stop then to start

This thread may be old but is helpful for me.
Out of the blue I faced extension to extension call has no ring tone playback. The system was up and running fine for months.
Applying this mentioned by @falk work for me - the extension to extension call has ring tone playback again.
Currently this system is running fusionpbx 4.5.23 on Ubuntu 18.04 - will upgrade to latest.

Hello all,
is codec AMR needed? Because in fusionpbx 5.0.1 with freeswitch 10.0.7 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, I still faced issue of internal to internal call have no ring tone until Applying this mentioned by @falk .

I am thinking to totally disable it so that issue of "extension to extension call has no ring tone playback" will not happen again after the system restart.

Any shared here is very much appreciated.

Dear all,
I had tried disable "codec AMR ". After the reboot of fusionpbx, I get the same result - "extension to extension call has no ring tone playback".
(usionpbx 5.0.1 with freeswitch 10.0.7 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS).

Please share your solution because your help is appreciated. Thank you.
