New install web not loading

I have a brand new install on a clean Debian 11 installed with the Token, After the install I go to the IP address it just says "this site can not be reached"

I have reinstalled multiple times with the same error, any help?

I tried Debian 10 same error

any idea?

here is the error:

nginx: [emerg] "fastcgi_read_timeout" directive is duplicate in /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/fusionpbx:285

before installing delete the 2 lines, i did it and it worked,

I use Debian 10
here are the steps in case you are a new at that.
I used WinSCP and edited file fusionpbx found in folder : /usr/src/fusionpbx-install.sh/debian/resources/nginx/
I removed the lines 143, 281 as per: https://github.com/fusionpbx/fusionpbx-install.sh/commit/7e62f45ff66731a83b4de723e9a37d2a3e0ac38f

I than installed with this command: cd /usr/src/fusionpbx-install.sh/debian && ./install.sh

Voila
