Needed 2 ivr manu or other I am not sure.
Example :
welcome ivr 01: when end user press 1 for support or 2 for sales or press 3 for accounts, then end user here record like below :
Your call is being transferred, please wait.....
then finally going to support extension. if end user press 1.
How is it possible.?
