Need a way to set a setting domain wide

There is a setting on the extension page when you click advanced, SIP Force Contact with 3 options(Rewrite Contact IP and Port, Rewrite Contact IP and Port 2.0, and Rewrite TLS Contact Port) is there a way to make this setting apply to all extensions in a domain?

When creating extensions, choose range at the 1st one. This will create as many as you specify all keeping the same settings
