NAT-related issues

Hello All,

Running FusionPBX 4.4.3 for some years now.
Private network behind NAT/firewall with some endpoints registering over OpenVPN.

I do have some long-standing NAT-related and ACL misconfiguration issues which I haven't managed to fully resolve as I am not a NAT+SIP expert, plus documentation is lacking.

I am now trying to add some mobile phones using Groundwire from Acrobits, which I have seen others are happy with.
However I can't get them to properly register and communicate with the server. Pretty sure this issue relates to NAT/ACLs + SIP profiles

Is there any guide that can be useful?
Also, if someone can offer paid assistance that would be seriously considered.

Not sure where you are, but I've found that with some UK mobile providers, UDP simply doesn't travel through their network (at all). Shot in the dark, but try TCP?

Also see if sngrep is showing the traffic on the freeswitch box.
