I have a number of challenges with NAT and I am curious if most implementations use the NDLB-connectile-dysfunction setting?
I know asterisk uses a similar approach but I am curious if this setting is the norm with fs/fusion?

Freeswitch is quite good at handling NAT, best way I find is to not try and do anything to help nat at the phone end except enable rport.

I still battle issues with rport when using tcp. UDP seems fine but tcp will fail without enabling the router's (ubiquiti in the most recent case) sip alg. Enabling the alg causes other issues including removing t38 from the client.
I will grab some traces but curious how others typically handle this. I would also note that I do not use the sip/rtp_ext_ip setting for 'autonat'. I will test using shortly in the chance that it might help.

Is your PBX on the LAN?? I was referring to when PBX is WAN and clients are LAN.
