Music on hold while call forward

Hello everyone,
I have an issue,
I have an IVR set,music on hold works while IVR is ringing on an extension.
Same extension has call forward setup on a cell phone ,
Music on hold stops and there is a pause till the ging back time comes back from cell phone provider.
Is there any option to remove the pause ?
