If I place a caller on hold, they hear the Music On hold for about 4 -5 minutes, then it disconnects the call. How do I make change the time for the timeout and how do I make it ring back to a ring group if the timeout is exceeded?
on internal sip profile there is an option "rtp-hold-timeout-sec 1800" if you alter this it changes how long it hold for, however where it then recalls to i am unsure of howto change this ..
