Hello Community,
I've set up our first productive FusionPBX System - Works fine so far!
But there's one point that is a bit weird:
There's an own Music on Hold Group with some music files I've uploaded. Bu before the MoH starts plying, there's always a delay of about 3 seconds.
If I deal *9664 the call needs 3 seconds before the music starts playing.
If i create a Call Center Queue there's also a break of 3 seconds between the Greeting and the music on hold.
Is there anything I can do? Do you have any ideas?
It would be cool if it starts more or less "seamlessly", especially in the Call Center Queue.
System is a fresh Debian 10 with default FusionPBX installation.
Thank you very much,
Joshua
