Can I have multiple internal profiles with different SIP ports ? how can I assign different profiles on domain or extension level ?

Yes. Under Advanced -> SIP Profile, you can copy the existing Internal Profile (and ipv6 version if you are using that) by clicking on it and clicking the Copy button.
From there, you change the ports it's using to something different. If you want to keep certain domains on certain profiles, fill in the domain under the Domains field and remove the "all" domain (which as you can see accepts all domains in the system).
