My goal is to change inbound numbers to the E164 format, as I have address books in my phones, with E164 formatted contacts.

I found that mod_translate seems to be the way to go, but unfortunatly I'm stuck even before the regexes.
The profiles getting loaded are the ones in the "Advanced -> Number Translations", at least what used to be there in the original.
  • strip_non_digits
  • remove_leading_plus
  • e164_to_GB_national
  • GB_national_to_e164
  • strip_symbols
In the meantime I disabled them all and created a new profile, but still no change in the reload mod_translate log.

Can anyone tell me, where these profiles come from and how I can change them?

Ok, after some further investigation I found out the "wipe the fusionpbx cache (/var/cache/fusionpbx)" is not only related to the SIP profile but to the mod_translate profiles aswell.

And also, in the UI one can Enable/Disable the translations, but that setting doesn't actually make any difference?
