Missing Apps in Advanced menu

Hello all,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but I noticed some missing apps under the Advanced menu after performing the upgrade. My version is currently at 4.5.10 running under Ubuntu 18.04. Those missing apps are:

Adminer
Command
Grammar Editor
PHP Editor
Provision Editor
Script Editor
XML Editor

I've also noticed some messages appear in Server Errors as follow:

This meeting is available to all members that are helping to make FusionPBX project sustainable and continued development of the project possible. I will discuss why it was moved and how to install it. Alternatives to Adminer and more...

Thanks Mark. Now I just gotta convince my boss to allow us to become a member. We just started trialing FusionPBX. So far it's great and we love the multi-tentant options.

Thanks for your great work!!
