Headscratcher for you guys. One department uses the BLF functionality of the Yealinks quite extensively; they have each other's phones on the first page and use extension field as ** to pick up anyone who is getting a call.
Recently, one extensions stopped appearing on the other phones as 'ringing', and for the Yealink's default BLF mode this means flashing red until it's picked up when it should turn solid red. It's now only showing when he's picked up the call Green -> Red -> Green, everyone else when they get a call: Green -> Flashing Red -> Red -> Green.
From sngrep they are receiving the 'state = early' dialog-info, exactly the same as if it originated from the other extensions.
Any good ideas about which areas or settings to check out? Practically nothing in the logs, and the LUA scripts look fine.
