What is the max concurrent calls per single instance of Fusion?
What is the max tenant that can be configured on a single instance of Fusion?
What is the max extentions that can be configured on a tenant?

You will not get an answer to these questions. It depends on so many factors, your hardware, your connectivity, your type of customer etc...
