IVR to Feature Code + Timeout Action

Hi all.

I have setup Fusionpbx and working on the IVR. Two queries pls:

1. I would like one of the options in the IVR to transfer to one of the "Feature Codes" (*9196) on option 1 for example. I have added *9196 XML XXX.XXX.XXX.XX in front of Option 1. But I keep hearing invalid input error. Is it possible to add one of the feature codes as an option? Does it need to be re-added as an extension? Any possibilities?

2. In the call centre queue area, in Timeout Action, I would like to play a message and ask the user to leave voicemail. I can either have a message or redirect to voicemail (password etc.). Can we play a custom message and have people leave voicemail (without please? How can this be done please?

I haven't messed with Call Center Queue much if any; can't you timeout to a ring group with a message that then times out to Voicemail?

Hello everyone,

I want to understand the time conditions for IVR.
I have set business hours,time conditions work fine for that.
Right now inbound works 24 hours to IVR.
But for out of business hours inbound calls I want to send those to Voice mail,I cannot understand how to do the settings in Time conditions.

How to set
Monday - Friday 8am-8 pm to IVR
Sat-Sun- 10 am -6 pm to IVR
Anytime out of these hours to VM

I read Time conditions start from Sunday

I can set working hours but can't find option for out of working hours. or I go as

Monday-Monday-12:00 am-7:59----VM
Monday-Monday 8 am to 8 pm-------IVR
Monday-Monday-8:01pm-11:59-------- VM

Tuesday-Tuesday-------12am-7:59pm---IVR
Tuesday-Tuesday-------8 am-8pm--IVR
Tuesday-Tuesday------8:01 pm-11:59 PM----VM

and so on,Please guide me.

Do you have a separate thread regarding this? You want to avoid thread hijacking if you can.
