IVR Not Working

Hi All

having in issue where i have built an IVR, The audio file plays but hen you hit a key to select a option nothing is happening, almost like DTMF was switched off and then the menu hangs up once it has finished playing the audio file

Any ideas

Just been running tests and it is now working without issue.

Is there a time delay between creating an IVR and it becoming active or a Sync delay between the two box's?

I will take that back,

adjusted time conditions to simulate open for business and the IVR Stops responding.

if I call the IVR EXT then it works ok, if I call it from an outside line the IVR Plays but does not respond and just hangs up.

Call flow is simple

DDI > Time Condition

True = Ring Group ( Ring all) on no answer > IVR 1 for voice mail or hold line to go back to Ring Group (Ring all)

False = IVR 1 for voicemail 2 call forwarding to external number ( works with no fault)

Solved

I have been a complete Noob

I set the ring group to on fail goto the IVR Message playback Not to the IVR face palm

Sorry for being a pain
