Hi,
I have a multi tenancy server setup using custom sub domains and for one of my clients random calls that come
into that tenancy end up being directed to my ring group on my own tenancy.
Call details show the following for Call Flow Summary :
4415xxXXXXXX (Inbound DDI)
4500 (call flow extension to set a night mode which goes to extension 5010 when true and answer machine when false)
5000 (ring group on my domain)
*992004 (my answer machine on my domain)
For some reason the call skips to my own ring group after getting to 4500.
The way i have setup the tenancy is that i'm on the '0.' subdomain and each customer has its own number.
The call comes into the customer routed from the 4. domain but finishes on mine.
Anyone else had multi tenancy crossed calls before ?
