International Fax not working

Hi, I will appreciate any help on the following issue I am having.

I am trying to send an international fax to Germany.

At the beginning I was not able to dial the fax number from an extension, after I configured the outbound route and assign the international Toll-Allow to the extension, I was able to make the call, and I did heard the fax bip.

But when trying to send a fax to that same number, it fails with the FS_NOT_SET message:

Just by looking at other discussions - someone suggested the following "This can be fixed by setting the CallerID in the fax server extension."

Thanks, I did change that but still having the issue.
