Inter Tenant Call 26 Tenant

Greetings to all,

I am looking for help in configuring calls between tenants. I have a dedicated server with fusionpbx and 26 tenants that belong to individual pharmacies.

I saw in several posts how to make calls between tenants and it worked but only between 2 tenants. At this time the pharmacies asked me to be able to communicate with any tenant through the extensions but I can only communicate with 2 tenants, not the 26 between them.

Any help you can give me. If necessary I can pay for the service they provide me.

Hi,

You will need 25 cross-tenant dialplans set on each tenant/domain.
If they are coming from Nortel and use, for example, 221 for reception on each location then you will need to to:
1. Let them dial a DID and use IVR to dial extensions.
2. Create dial prefix for each tenant 1-26.
3. Create extensions on each domain with a number added. Example: location 2 - 2221. That is what others dial. You can create is as Ring Group or Call forwarding to 221 within the domain. You can then use cross-tenant dialplans.

if the extensions are all over the place, but different, you have to match each dialplan for it.
Example: ^(213$|^214$|^215$|^216$|^222$|^223$|^227$|^229$|^230$|^250$|^251$|^400$)
