Good time of day.

I have a problem. My organization uses CISCO Callmanager to route all internal calls. I installed FusionBPX and created a gateway and outbound route. (see screenshots). Now calls from FusionPBX extensions to CISCO Callmanager numbers are successful. Сallbacks from CISCO Callmanager to FusionPBX are unsuccessful, the signal is "busy"all the time.
What is the direction or the incoming route I must to create, to calls worked in both directions?

Thanks for your reply. I did it, now it's still on the busy call. But it is in CDR call is registered by the status MANDATORY_IE_MISSING (see screenshots).

It appears your device is not sending an SDP in the INVITE:

No SDP in INVITE and 3pcc not enabled, hanging up

I just started using FusionBPX. Please tell me specifically which menu item and what should I enable and allow?

This is nothing at all to do with FusionPBX, it is the way call manager is sending the calls.

Thank you, I will ask for support from a Callmanager specialist. Although it is unclear why with a simple Asterisk calls worked.
