Incoming calls are getting Busy 480 Temporarily Unavailable

Hi everyone, I am facing an issue since Teli migrated to commio, I have a 1800 number ported with them, and after the migration, when anyone calls my 1800 number it rings about 5 times, then it gives a busy sound.

SNGREP shows:
1787xxxxx is the number where I am calling from
172.96.x.x is my fusionpbx servers ip
192.81.237.20 is from where commio is sending the call

As you can see, I am getting the 480 Temporarily Unavailable.

My logs shows this message every time I tray to make a call to my 1800 number:

b9b470e8-fcf2-466b-80a5-2ad841d1e57e 2023-05-05 13:35:41.837783 [WARNING] mod_dptools.c:1866 [inbound routes] 404 not found 192.81.237.20

Althought the inbound route is configured: (I have it to transfer the incoming calls to 1800xxxx to another 787xxxxx number:
